A Gold Coast summer can undo a good cold chain in twenty minutes on a doorstep. Every carton is lined and packed with enough gel ice for a full delivery day, and we would rather over-insulate than explain a soft pack.
The questions we get most
Will it still be frozen when it arrives?
Yes for a normal delivery day. Move it to a freezer promptly, and if a pack is soft on arrival photograph it and write to us within 48 hours.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days to pick and pack, then up to 15 business days in transit. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
What is in the seafood box?
A fixed selection of the packs that are running well that week, at a set price. The contents are listed on the product page.
Something missing from the box?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we will send it or refund the difference.
Squid, octopus and a box for the week
Octopus needs a slow braise, squid needs thirty seconds. Both are cleaned and portioned before freezing, so the only variable left is the cooking.
